In order to accomplish this goal, we adhere to consistent standards, a 100-point cleaning service checklist and detailed personalized notes on each client’s preferences. It is our #1 goal to be as thorough and consistent as possible. We value our clients and are doing our best to professionally detail thousands of square footage a day. However, we’re human and well, stuff happens. Please don’t hesitate to share your experience with us if we’ve missed something or don’t complete a task as well as could be expected. Our service guarantee is based from a 100-Point System developed over 17 years of experience.

The purpose of our 100-point system is to ensure a consistent clean on every visit so that it meets your standards, as well as our own. If you feel something was overlooked, please give us specific examples of what you feel went wrong. This level of detail is extremely helpful for us to understand how to prevent it in the future. For example, saying “my floors weren’t mopped,” is different than saying, “It looks like everything else was done, but my floors have hazy streaks on them.” This lets us know that we should use a different product on your floors instead of thinking we completely skipped a task.

The Atlanta Cleaning Source carries liability insurance and bond, and all of our employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions. In the unfortunate event that something gets broken, damaged or goes missing in your home, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.
